Greeshma is a malayalam television serial actress who has acted in few serials and recently she is acting in a popular malayalam serial in a tv channel.

Actress Greeshma is aged 38 and a native of Mambaram at Kannur district in Kerala.

The incident that lead to her arrest on Saturday, 23 February 2013 is as follows.

Greeshma contacted a woman aged 32 at Chapparapadavu panchayath in Kannur who was working at a jewelry and asked whether she was interested in acting in tv serials.

The lady said she was not interested in acting, but Greeeshma continued to call her.

Greeshma said that she will help her to make about Rs.30000 if she come with her for 2 or 3 days.

Actress Greshma used to disturb the woman very often making phone calls.

The woman said these things to her co-workers and family members.

On Friday 22nd the actress again called her and asked her to come to Kannur Railway station so that they can go to Kozhikode.

The woman told her friends and relatives who decided to trap the actress and they contact Police.

On Saturday 23rd the Police arrived at Railway station and arrested Greeshma.

Greeshma was involved in the racket that made use of girls from poor families by giving money.
